  • Enter their name

  • Provide their email address and a password

  • Assign them a department code

When an employee leaves or no longer needs access, you can easily remove them from the system — keeping your records clean and current.

With just one click on the “Get Reports” button, you’ll receive five powerful reports directly to your email. These reports are designed to give you a clear and actionable understanding of how your employees are doing — individually and by department — while protecting their privacy. Employees can choose to remain anonymous or be identified by name

Here’s what you’ll receive:

This comprehensive report includes:

  • The scores of each completed assessment by each employee (identified either by name or by anonymous)

  • Department-level insights: View assessment scores by department, helping you pinpoint where support may be needed most

📄 2. Detailed Assessment Items Reports

Each of the four assessments used in the My Work BALANCE program comes with its own dedicated report. These provide a detailed breakdown of:

  • The number of responses for each item on each of the 4 assessments

  • How employees responded — helping you identify trends and specific pressure points in your organization
